Course description
Students will be given an introduction to a whole variety of fitness programs through different activities all of which aim to improve your physical and mental health. Three days will be in the professional gym, Xplore Fitness Na Příkopě, in downtown Prague. We will focus on how to use a gym correctly and the sessions offered will include weight lifting, a variety of aerobic classes, cycling, TRX, core training, cross fit, dance, stretching and yoga. Also included in this program is an introduction to the sport of golf. There are lessons on healthy eating and nutrition which include a day's cooking session. The aim of this trip is to focus on your personal well being through your mind, body and health for your future lives.

-Empowers them to think critically and creatively, to work cooperatively and listen and communicate effectively
-Act with respect and intercultural understanding.
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to improve their health and attain knowledge of how to sustain a healthy lifestyle for their future lives and the program will inspire learners to lead a "healthy, fulfilling and purposeful life".
